IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is powered with several modules for importing, exporting and conversion of IncrediMail email messages. First module allows to import IncrediMail emails inside Default Outlook User Profile. Second module performs the extraction of IncrediMail emails and saves each email to separate files of .EML format. And third module (added in the latest converter version) makes it possible to export IncrediMail emails to the solid file of .PST format.

Microsoft Outlook uses PST files to store emails, notes, contacts, appointments and other data. Our IncrediMail to Outlook utility enables the batch conversion and performs the massive email transfer from IncrediMail data storage to the file of .PST format. It creates the new, empty PST file, then adds folders in accordance with the list of IncrediMail folders names. Then IMM converter transfers emails and attachments inside each folder. PST file can be optionally password protected.

It is fast and reliable, if IncrediMail email client is installed at the system – the .imm converter is ready to work just after startup. You have to press the “Save .PST” button and wait for the end of conversion.

If you’re comfortable with command line, in some cases database could be restored using this method:

1. Get latest sqlite3.exe from www.sqlite.org
2. open your database in sqlite3: “sqlite3 mylogin.exb”
3. dump your database using sqlite3 command commands: “.output mylogin.sql” “.dump” “.quit”
4. restore sql dump into a new database: “sqlite3 mylogin_new.exb” “.read mylogin.sql” “.quit”
5. delete all mylogin.exb.* files from EvernoteDatabases
6. copy mylogin_new.exb over mylogin.exb in EvernoteDatabases

The above could rescue corrupt database and make it readable again, so you can export all the recent stuff. I still recommend to re-create database from from scratch by resycning it with the service, then importing the recent notes exported from the rescued database.

Since so many people “downshift” from regular email agents to IncrediMail to enjoy the elegance, simplicity and user-friendliness of its interface, the question of why anyone would want to go back seems to be a good one.

IncrediMail has always been known for being an email agent for the creative crowd, a program that offered typical email exchange functionality, but complemented it with so many unique “blows and whistles” that it created a unique user experience not found in any other email programs. In simple words, IncrediMail enabled people to have fun sending email by adding cute animations and 3D effects to messages, use thousands of emoticons and sounds, customize message backgrounds and do a lot more! But these attributes are absolutely useless in the corporate world, where proper integration with the enterprise IT environment and compliance with corporate standards have always been top priorities. Those users who decided to make the switch faced a serious problem when they were forced to go back to Outlook. They realized that they had to convert IncrediMail to Outlook to overcome the incompatibility between the two formats. So if you are in the process of replacing IncrediMail with Outlook, have never dealt with converters of any sort and need to urgently convert IncrediMail to Outlook, it’s a good (and, probably, the best) idea to find a tool with the highest level of automation. It will help you convert IncrediMail to Outlook within a few clicks and will ensure that the conversion process is fast and accurate.

Finding the right IncrediMail to Outlook converter on the market

The very task of converting IncrediMail mail to Outlook can be solved in several ways: from “quick and dirty” message conversion involving a varying amount of manual routine to fully automated migrations performed with the help of IncrediMail to Outlook Converter, [ DOWNLOAD ] a special tool that extracts messages from source IncrediMail data files, converts them and copies them over to Outlook.

The quick and free options are:

Forwarding all of your email to another address that you have access to. Downside: all of the forwarded messages will seem to have come from you, which is plain inconvenient for normal navigation across your mail folders and finding the necessary messages without using the search function.

Pulling messages out of IncrediMail one by one using drag-n-drop, then importing them into Outlook. Downside: LOTS of tedious manual work, every subsequent email message has the same name (email.eml), so manual renaming of every file is a must to avoid overwriting.

If you are still using IncrediMail 1.0, you can use a free MBOX to EML converter to unload IncrediMail messages into the EML format that can then be imported into Outlook Express and, finally, an Outlook PST file. Downside: this method requires some experience and a third-party tool that may not be easy to find.

However, none of these methods comes even close to IncrediMail to Outlook Converter in terms of speed and ease of IncrediMail email migration. IncrediMail to Outlook Converter provides a one-click approach to automatic transfer of your entire Incredimail email archive to Outlook.

This IncrediMail converter drastically simplifies the Incredimail migration process by automating message extraction, conversion and saving. As a user, all you need to do is to start the program and hit a single button. If IncrediMail is currently installed on your computer, you won’t even have to look for its data files – the IncrediMail converter will find them for you. If you only have the data files, but no IncrediMail on your PC, you can specify their location manually. Once done, you can select the IncrediMail IMM files that will be used for IncrediMail conversion and change the single setting offered by the program – final location of the soon-to-be- converted files. Once done, click the “Import” button to get the ball rolling.

Not only does an IncrediMail converter save your time, money and a great deal of nerve cells, but also turn the seemingly complex task of IncrediMail to Outlook conversion into a matter of a single click and several minutes of waiting!

In order to perform IncrediMail migration using IncrediMail to Outlook Converter, all you need to do in a standard situation is to start the program and click the Import button. IncrediMail migration will start immediately and will last for some time, depending on the number of IMM files you selected, their size and the speed of your computer.

Therefore, the algorithm of IncrediMail migration using IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is as follows:

Make sure you have Outlook installed on your computer (otherwise you will be able to extract emails to EML files only).

Make sure you have IncrediMail installed on your computer. If it’s not, make sure you know where its IMM files are.

Start the program. If IncrediMail is installed on your PC, all the necessary paths will be pre-filled by the software. If not, manually specify the folder containing IMM files.

Using a pane on the left, select specific IMM files that email messages will be extracted from.

Specify whether you want IncrediMail messages to be placed in your Outlook Inbox folder (subfolders will be created) or placed in the root of the folder tree.

Click Import to let the program initiate the IncrediMail migration process.

A few tips for fast and hassle-free IncrediMail conversion

If you can afford spending some money on a reliable IncrediMail conversion and migration tool, do so and don’t waste time trying to get things done on your own. This is especially true for situations when an entire message archive has to be transferred to Outlook. IncrediMail conversion in this case just cannot be manual and requires a tool that will handle a large number of source files. For ultimate IncrediMail conversion speed, choose nothing but IncrediMail to Outlook Converter – it will solve your IncrediMail migration in no time and with an ever-excellent result!

You may also transfer IncrediMail contacts to MS Outlook or export Contacts from IncrediMail address book to any other supported program. This simply task can be performed by you manually. Read more to learn how to convert incredimail adressbook to Outlook contacts.

Question from Giorgio Ceroni [Italia]:

Transfer emails from Incredimail to Outlook has worked well for both the Incoming Mail for Sent Mail is also included with Folders that were created and why they are happy with your program. Sorry if I ask one other thing that I did not understand: As you can also import all the contacts?

Answer:

You may export contacts from IncrediMail to .CSV file and then use this file to import contacts to Outlook or any other supported program. Or you may use this contacts .CSV file in Excel. To export Incredimail Contacts you may do the following:

Run IncrediMail emails client software

Click menu File | Import and Export and choose Export Contacts item

Specify the name and location to save exported contacts and confirm saving

That will save your IncrediMail contacts to .CSV file. Now you may run Outlook and import IncrediMail contacts inside it.

Run Microsoft Outlook

Use menu File | Open | Import

Choose “Import from another program or file” item

Press Next button

Choose “Coma separated values (Windows)” item

Press Next button

Choose your .CSV file and import your contacts.

As you see there is nothing hard. You may import IncrediMail contacts to Outlook in few clicks.

Response from Giorgio Ceroni [Italia]:

Now everything is perfect … also imported all contacts. Your program is truly EXCELLENT and I promise to divulge it up and all. Thanks to New … Bikes are really “smart”.

GRAZIE MILLE DAVVERO !!! Adesso è tutto perfetto … importato anche Tutti i Contatti . Il vostro Programma è davvero ECCELLENTE e Vi prometto lo divulgherò al massimo ed a Tutti. Grazie di Nuovo … siete veramente moto “in gamba”

Historically, the IncrediMail mail client has gained a reputation of a strong alternative to most other email applications that were mostly tailored for the corporate world and demanding users who wanted to control nearly every aspect of their daily emailing activities. IncrediMail, on the other hand, offered a different approach to email exchange and faced all other users who sought a way to add more fun to their daily communication with friends and colleagues. As the result, IncrediMail is one of the very few email clients on the market that is functional, entertaining and plain exciting to use. The program offers animated emoticons, customizable message backgrounds and themes, action-specific animations, sounds and a bunch of other features that make the program stand out of the crowd of nearly identical email tools. However, IncrediMail is not the best choice for corporate users, who definitely don’t need all the bells and whistles it offers. Since Outlook is arguably the most popular email client in the corporate world, people migrating from IncrediMail most often transfer their IncrediMail mail to its native PST format and that’s where problems usually start. IncrediMail mail is stored in IMM files, which is native to the application and is not directly supported by any other email programs on the market. Furthermore, some organizations and professionals do not use Outlook or use it in combination with other clients, which creates an obvious need for an efficient strategy of converting Incredimail mail to formats that can be easily imported into popular (and not so popular) email solutions. This article explains the process of converting and transferring IncrediMail mail to intermediate formats and, ultimately, to destination applications such as Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook Express and even Apple Mail or Mac Mail.

Choosing a strategy for mail migration from IncrediMail

First and foremost, mail migration can be either manual or automated, or a combination of both. Manual mail migration does not require any third-party tools, but may be time-consuming, tedious and tiring. Besides, non-automated mail migration will not work for complete migrations from IncrediMail to other mail applications. If you are only looking to convert a few messages from IncrediMail to another email client, there is no real need to spend money on a specialized tool. This type of mail migration can be performed manually.

The simplest solution is to select all the messages you need to carry over to another email client and forward them to another address that belongs to you. As the result, you will be able to access this email account from the necessary program and download the forwarded messages. The only problem with this method of mail migration is that all forwarded messages will list you as the sender, so you will end up with a bunch of emails from yourself. It’s not a problem if you are only concerned with the information in these emails. If, however, you want to be able to quickly locate a specific message by the original sender, you may want to resort to a different method.

Another viable option for manual mail migration is based on the idea of converting messages one-by-one. To do that, locate the emails that need to be transferred and start drag-n-dropping them onto your Windows desktop or a separate folder on your hard drive. Please note that every new drag-n-dropped email will be called “email.eml”, so make sure to rename and/or move the previous message to prevent overwriting. Once done, you can export these emails to nearly every other email client using the same drag-n-drop method. As you see, this mail migration technique is a no-brainer, but will hardly be applicable for converting a couple of hundred emails. Such migrations will inevitably require a specialized mail migration tool.

IncrediMail conversion in a nutshell

Third-party Incredimail conversion tools dramatically facilitate the migration process and make sure that every message is properly converted and none are missed. In addition, some of such Incredimail conversion programs are capable of automatically transferring your IncrediMail email archive to a specific application, such as Outlook, for instance. All IncrediMail conversion tools are based on the same concept of parsing IMM files, identifying individual messages stored within them, converting each of them into an intermediary format (EML in most cases) and then exporting batches of files to the native format of the destination tool. If you regularly need to perform IncrediMail conversion for yourself or your colleagues and employees, purchasing such a tool would be a wise decision that would eventually save an ample amount of your time and effort. However, even if you need a one-time full IncrediMail conversion, you will hardly be able to do without a specialized tool like IncrediMail to Outlook Converter.

Picking the right tool for transferring IncrediMail emails

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is a smart little conversion tool that will help you transfer any number of IncrediMail emails to nearly any known email application out there. The software was initially designed to convert IncrediMail emails to Outlook’s native PST format, but was later updated to support EML output, thus allowing you to save the contents of IncrediMail IMM files as folders of EML files that can be easily imported into alternative email applications using built-in import tools or manually using drag-n-drop.

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is a compact, fast and reliable tool with a self-explanatory interface and a very reasonable price tag. Built with ease of use in mind, the program can be efficiently used by nearly anyone – from secretaries and juniors to heads of IT departments. Thanks to a convenient wizard the program is based on, the user simply cannot make a mistake, damage or overwrite files. The process of converting IncrediMail emails is therefore limited to a series of clear steps:

Start IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. The program will automatically detect the location of your IncrediMail IMM files (if IncrediMail is installed) and prefill corresponding fields. If you have IncrediMail emails stored somewhere else, specify their location manually using a corresponding folder selection dialog.

The program allows you to select IMM files you want to use for conversion by checking corresponding boxes next to them on a list located in the left part of the window. If you want to transfer your entire email archive, leave all boxes checked.

If you want to convert IncrediMail emails directly to Outlook, make sure it’s not running and click the “Import” button to start the export process. If you need to export messages to another email client, use the “Save .EML” button. This will open the output folder selection dialog. Specify the location for converted IncrediMail emails and watch the program process the data.

Upon converting the selected files, the program will display a log of the current conversion session.

If you converted IncrediMail emails to Outlook, you can now start it to find your messages there. If you chose to convert original message to the EML format, open the folder you selected for output to find a number of subfolders (corresponding to the original IMM files) with EML message files in them. All you need to do now is start the destination email client and import these files using built-in tools or drag-n-drop them into a corresponding email folder within the program.

Fast and easy email export from IncrediMail to other email clients

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is an amazingly efficient email export tool that works perfectly both for IncrediMail to Outlook conversion and conversion to many other email clients. This affordable solution will make you forget about manual email export and will save a fair amount of your time, especially of email export of all kinds is your direct responsibility.

The answer to this question lies on the surface – you need IncrediMail email recovery when something goes seriously wrong with your hard drive, file system, IncrediMail installation folder or IncrediMail files themselves. You need it when a message you’ve had in your inbox for ages is suddenly gone after a computer problem of any sort. And, of course, you need IncrediMail email recovery when your IncrediMail won’t start at all, mentioning a problem with its storage files. Since IncrediMail stores its messages in IMM files and each of them can contain a nearly unlimited number of messages, any damage caused to such a file may have unpredictable consequences – from lost messages to total disability to start the program. IncrediMail data can be damaged on different levels – from the physical hard drive level (worst-case scenario) to the level of internal IMM file structure, which can be relatively easily fixed with corresponding tools. Sometimes, the need for IncrediMail email recovery is caused by the corruption of an index file that ties all of the data together, and this is also a case with some clear solutions that you can use. If your IncrediMail has suffered a crash and some or all of your messages are now missing, read along to find out how to perform IncrediMail email recovery and restore your emails!

How to restore IncrediMail email messages?

The shortest route to getting your IncrediMail email messages back is to contact a professional recovery service. Although an undoubtedly viable option, it will not work for all users and in all situations, since it usually takes a fair deal of time to analyze the market, find a decent service, contact them, agree on the terms of service, send your damaged files over to them and wait for the result. As a rule, when it comes to IncrediMail email recovery, time is of essence, since a lost message can delay a sale, signing of a contract or another business-critical activity. Therefore, the best solution is to have a reliable software tool that will save you the trouble of doing all of the above. Such applications are usually small, affordable, quite self-explanatory and enable you to either fix the index file to make your messages visible to IncrediMail again or extract Incredimail email messages directly from storage files. If your ultimate goal is the migration of your IncrediMail email to another email client, some recovery tools can offer fast and hassle-free conversion of recovered messages to a corresponding format. Whatever your case is, the very nature of the IncrediMail email storage format and the default functionality of IncrediMail will not allow you to tackle a data corruption problem on your own and without using specialized tools.

A tool that will help you recover damaged email in no time

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is one of those tools that allow you to restore recover damaged emails in IncrediMail and automatically convert them to Microsoft Outlook or export them into the EML format for further conversion and exporting to any suitable applications. The program requires absolutely no third-party libraries or components, and you don’t even need to have IncrediMail installed on your PC. A damaged IncrediMail file or files, IncrediMail to Outlook Converter and, optionally, Outlook are the only components needed to recover damaged files (.IMM) of IncrediMail. The software has an extremely compact size (a few seconds of download on an average broadband connection), features a super-intuitive interface and a friendly recovery wizard that is very easy to follow. The program is such a no-brainer that even complete novices will have no problems with it and will be able to recover damaged .IMM files in minutes. Most of the program’s functionality is hidden from the user, so it only requires the user to specify the source file, the preferred destination for recovered emails and a couple of other non-mandatory parameters that may well be left unchanged. IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is a perfect solution for ad hoc IncrediMail recovery that will come to rescue when you need it most of all. With this handy little tool at hand, you can finally recover damaged .IMM files on your own and forget the hassle of dealing with third parties, losing time and money on activities that may be done in-house.

The process of recovering your IncrediMail data

As mentioned above, the process of recovering IncrediMail data is broken into a short series of steps within a convenient wizard. IncrediMail to Outlook Converter allows you to recover IncrediMail data and immediately export the messages to Outlook or save them as *.eml files that can be imported into IncrediMail by drag-n-drop.

Below is a step-by-step instruction for recovering your damaged IncrediMail data:

Start IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. In case IncrediMail is currently installed on your PC, the program will automatically find the folders with your damaged message files and fill out the corresponding fields on the first page of the wizard. If you have the damaged files stored elsewhere, you will need to manually specify their location using a standard dialog.

Select the IncrediMail IMM storage files that you believe are damaged from the list in the left part of the program window.

Choose the recovery method the program should use. If you want to convert the recovered IncrediMail data directly to Outlook, make sure that it’s not running at the moment and click the “Import” button. If you only need to save the messages in the EML format, use the “Save .EML” button. This will open a standard folder selection dialog. Select a destination folder for the files and confirm your selection.
Note that IncrediMail to Outlook Converter creates a separate folder for each IMM storage file selected initially and fills each of them with corresponding recovered messages.

If you chose to convert the recovered IncrediMail data to Outlook, you can now start it to see your messages in place. If you converted your recovered messages to the EML format, open the previously selected destination folder. You can now drag-n-drop emails back to IncrediMail or use them otherwise (for instance, import them into any other client supporting EML).

This concludes the recovery of damaged IncrediMail data. As you could see, it only takes a few mouse clicks and several minutes of your time to accomplish this seemingly complex task.

Deleted email recovery made easy

Apart from restoring Incredimail messages damaged by all sorts of incidents, IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is also capable of performing deleted email recovery. This means that the program can undelete accidentally deleted messages or messages that lost their importance and were deleted in the past, but are urgently needed at the moment. The procedure for deleted email recovery is identical to that for the recovery of damaged files. Deleted email recovery becomes possible thanks to the fact that IncrediMail does not physically delete messages, but keeps them in the same IMM files all regular messages are stored in. The deleted email recovery feature makes the program one of the few solutions on the market that combine the Incredimail to Outlook conversion functionality with two recovery options – recovery of messages from damaged IMM files and recovery of deleted IncrediMail messages.

The latest version of IncrediMail stores users’ emails in files of the IMM format, which is not compatible with any other email client on the market. These files are mailbox files, or containers used by IncrediMail for messages and related data. There is one peculiarity, however, that makes IMM files so special. When an email is deleted (either unintentionally or on purpose), it’s not deleted on a physical level – that is, removed from your hard drive. It’s simply “greyed out” in a corresponding IMM file and is no longer visible in IncrediMail folders and no longer shown to you. However, you can restore deleted files in Incredimail at any time using specialized IncrediMail recovery software. Designed specifically to restore deleted files in Incredimail, it scans your hard drive, finds IncrediMail data files, identifies their structure and recovers previously deleted email files. These tools use various algorithms to restore deleted files in IncrediMail and this functionality is not found either in IncrediMail or your operating system. Such recovery tools can help you recover data from damaged IMM files literally within a couple of mouse clicks, making it extremely easy to restore deleted files in IncrediMail even if you have absolutely no experience in this field. With a tool like that at hand, you don’t have to spend your personal or company budget on IncrediMail email recovery services anymore and can restore your erroneously deleted emails within minutes!

An easy way to undelete deleted emails in IncrediMail

As noted above, there is no way to undelete deleted emails in IncrediMail using the built-in features of the program. And this is a rather serious problem, since you may want to undelete deleted emails in a number of situations – for instance, if you mistook an email for spam and deleted it or deleted an email with contact details of a person you urgently need to find. If the deletion was done just a few days or weeks ago, you may still find the necessary email in your deleted emails folder, but if it has been purged since the file you need was deleted, your chances of successful recovery are sub zero. In order to undelete deleted emails in IncrediMail, you need to use a special recovery tool or a program that, among other features, offers a possibility to restore deleted messages. IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is exactly this type of software. Its current version supports the recovery of deleted Incredimail emails and their simultaneous conversion to Outlook. Therefore, you will currently need to use Outlook as a destination for your recovered files. An efficient IMM to PST converter, this program can also undelete deleted emails in Incredimail as part of the email migration process.

The process of deleted email recovery

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter was created for non-professionals, which means that its interface is so simple, self-explanatory and intuitive that you won’t have any problems performing email migrations and deleted email recovery. The program is lightweight, takes under a minute to download and install, and requires a bare minimum of your involvement in the email conversion and deleted email recovery process. Prior to launching IncrediMail to Outlook Converter, make sure you have Outlook installed on your computer.

You may or may not have IncrediMail installed, but in the latter case, you will need IncrediMail data files the program will work with. Please note that IncrediMail to Outlook does not currently support selective deleted email recovery. That is, you cannot specify specific emails that the program will restore – it will recover every deleted and regular message it manages to find. Also, make sure that Outlook is closed before proceeding to the deleted email recovery procedure. To avoid potential problems, also close IncrediMail if it’s currently running on your PC. You are now all set to start the deleted email recovery process.

A few easy steps to recover deleted files in IncrediMail

Start IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. The software will scan your system and determine the location of your IncrediMail message and attachment folders. The paths to these folders will appear in corresponding fields in the main program window. Note, however, that it will only happen if IncrediMail is installed on your computer. If not, you will have to manually specify the location of IMM files the program should recover deleted files from. This can be done using the standard folder selection dialog. Once the paths to IncrediMail data files are in place, you can select specific IMM files to be used from the list in the left part of the program window. All you need to do now to recover deleted files is to hit the “Import” button. IncrediMail to Outlook converter will extract emails messages from the files you selected (including deleted messages) and convert them into the PST format supported by Microsoft Outlook. You can now start Outlook to find that IncrediMail to Outlook Converter really managed to recover deleted files.

How you can undelete files with IncrediMail messages on your own

As you can see, IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is a multifunctional tool that will help you transfer your entire IncrediMail email archive to Outlook and also undelete files that were once deleted by mistake. This conversion software has an interface so simple that even complete rookies will be able to undelete files in a wink of an eye and without anyone’s help. The functionality this tool offers cannot be replaced with any manual method, so if you are in a situation when the value of recovering a deleted IncrediMail email is incomparably higher than the cost of a single license, this handy program will be all you could ever dream of. It’s fast, easy to use, reliable and helps undelete files deleted long ago. If you ever need to undelete files with IncrediMail messages, don’t even think about spending a fortune on recovery services from local gurus – you can do it all on your own for just a tiny fraction of their fee!

The IncrediMail email client and Apple computers have always belonged to a category of products that were mostly chosen by the creative crowd. These people know what they want in a product and they want it to be fun, easy to use and entertaining – and that’s why so many people today are switching from Windows to Mac OS. Sometimes, however, this process may involve Incredimail to Mac Mail migration, since there is no Mac version of IncrediMail available at the moment. Unfortunately, the email formats used by IncrediMail and Mac Mail are incompatible, which makes the direct transfer of email files impossible and creates a need for an IncrediMail to Mac Mail conversion tool. Mac Mail uses a proprietary email format, EMLX, which is not supported by any other program on the market, either on PC or Mac. In addition, even if you discover an .mbox file on your computer (which is supposedly a multi-message email file), Mac Mail may be unable to open it, since in the Mac world, an .mbox construct is not necessarily a message file, but often a folder disguised as a regular file with a totally different internal structure. Unlike other types of email conversion, IncrediMail to Mac Mail migration is a bit more complex, since it involves copying of email files to a different computer and a few other additional steps that will be covered below. If you need to handle IncrediMail to Mac Mail conversion on your own, use this guide to transfer your email messages to a Mac system, saving yourself a fair deal of time and, quite possibly, money that would otherwise be paid to a third-party service.

Known IncrediMail export tactics

There are several IncrediMail export methods that can be used before any specialized tools are involved. The most straightforward and simple way of moving your IncrediMail messages to any other email client is probably known to anyone – just select the necessary emails in IncrediMail and forward them to another email address that you have access to. Once the messages have been forwarded, use an email client of your choice to connect to this account and download the messages. The only disadvantage of this IncrediMail export method is that all messages in the destination email program will appear as sent by you, so it will be harder to find messages by their original sender. If it’s not a problem and you are only concerned with getting the data moved to the destination application, choose this way of performing IncrediMail export as the quickest, simplest and requiring absolutely no third-party tools.

Another quick and easy IncrediMail export method relies on the manual selection of the necessary emails in IncrediMail and their subsequent dragging and dropping onto your Windows desktop or a specific folder on your hard drive. Each message exported in this way is automatically converted into a file called email.eml, so you will need to rename it or move it elsewhere after each such small IncrediMail export operation. This method works well for relatively small IncrediMail export tasks covering up to a couple dozen message files, but if you are looking to convert an entire email archive from IncrediMail to Apple Mail, you should also use a special tool and a combination of different methods to achieve this goal.

How to convert Mac Mail from IncrediMail

If you are converting messages from IncrediMail to Mac Mail for the first time, you will shortly discover that the latter cannot import IncrediMail messages directly. One of the ways to do that would be to assemble an MBOX file from an array of EML files, but this would require yet another third-party tool apart from the one that is used to initially convert Mac Mail from IncrediMail (export messages to the EML format). Therefore, the most efficient way to convert Mac Mail is to use one tool to export Incredimail messages to EML files and another tool to join these files into an MBOX file (or files). The resulting MBOX files can be imported into Mac Mail using standard tools. If, however, you don’t need to convert too many emails or feel that using two commercial tools to convert Mac Mail from IncrediMail is a bit on the expensive side, you can use another proven method.

Use a specialized program like IncrediMail to Outlook Converter to convert Mac Mail from IncrediMail – that is, export IncrediMail messages to the EML format. Once done, you can copy these files to your Mac system using a USB drive, for instance, and then export them manually into Mac Mail one by one. This is by far the easiest way to convert Mac Mail from IncrediMail that requires just a single third-party application – IncrediMail to Outlook Converter.

Using specialized software to convert IncrediMail emails

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is a specialized email migration tool designed to help users convert IncrediMail messages to the EML format compatible with a wide range of email tools. The program has a very basic user interface that makes email conversion and migration a truly easy task that even inexperienced users can handle. The initial purpose of IncrediMail to Outlook Converter was to allow users to convert IncrediMail messages in the IMM format to Microsoft Outlook’s PST files. However, the program is also capable of saving messages to *.eml files that can be further converted to the necessary format or imported into another email application. In case of Mac Mail, however, the functionality of this program alone will not be sufficient to convert IncrediMail mail. After the initial conversion, you will still need to manually add messages to Mac Mail. This, however, saves you the trouble of purchasing another conversion tool in addition to IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. On the whole, however, the capabilities of this program will well suffice to convert IncrediMail email files and transfer them to Mac Mail.

IncrediMail mail migration made easy

The process of IncrediMail message conversion and transfer is fairly easy. In order to successfully perform an IncrediMail mail migration on your own, follow these simple instructions:

Start IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. The program will attempt to automatically locate your copy of IncrediMail and its data files. If this attempt is successful, these paths will be automatically pasted into corresponding fields on the main screen of IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. If IncrediMail is not installed on your PC, but you have the data files in a separate folder, you can manually specify the location of these files using a standard folder selection dialog.

Select the IncrediMail mail files to be converted. The list of located IMM files is displayed in the left part of the program screen.

Click the “Save .EML” button to select an output folder and start the process of converting IncrediMail mail files to the EML format.

Once the IncrediMail mail conversion process is over, open the output folder, select all the files using your mouse or the Ctrl+A key combination and copy them to a portable drive (or cloud) or your choice.

On your Mac, start Mac Mail and create new email folders, if necessary.

Start dragging the IncrediMail mail files to corresponding Mac Mail folders one by one. This process may take a while, so take your time to move all of the files to Mac Mail.

Conversion of IncrediMail mail files to Mac Mail using Incredimail to Outlook Converter is not 100% automatic, but allows you to reduce the time needed for this operation and save a considerable amount of time and effort. Besides, this is one of the most affordable IncrediMail mail migration options available on the market at the moment.

IncrediMail has always been one of the strongest alternatives to conventional email clients. Unlike regular email programs, IncrediMail is primarily intended for users looking for new ways of expressing themselves in emails, customizing their email tool to their taste and generally having a better everyday experience with their primary communication tool. IncrediMail comes with great-looking interface animations, emoticons, message backgrounds, 3D effects, sounds a whole lot more. However, when an active IncrediMail user is forced to abandon it and switch to something more business-like – no matter the reason – they face the problem of IncrediMail to Windows Live Mail migration. Given that most users of IncrediMail are not exactly system administrators, the prospect of having to handle an Incredimail to Windows Live Mail data conversion process on their own may seem quite discomforting. This task, however, can be accomplished quite easily even in the manual mode, let alone situations where specialized software can come to rescue.

If you happened to be a user who’s about to undertake a large-scale Incredimail to Windows Live Mail migration, you definitely want to use such a tool, since manual conversion only works for transferring a few messages at a time. When it comes to converting an entire message archive accumulated over a period of several years, a specialized Incredimail to Windows Live Mail conversion solution becomes truly indispensable.

How to export IncrediMail to Windows Live Mail

As noted above, every conversion of IncrediMail messages to Windows Live Mail can be either manual or automated to a certain extent. Manual conversion only works for small sets of messages or individual emails and can hardly be used for transferring complete email archives. If you need to export IncrediMail to Windows Live Mail in its entirety, you will definitely need to use a third-party conversion tool, since both of these email clients use their own message formats. Incredimail messages are stored in the MBOX (earlier versions) or IMM format (most recent versions), so you cannot export IncrediMail to Windows Mail simply by copying files to the necessary folder. If you have no idea how to export IncrediMail to Windows Live Mail, you can try the easiest method – sending all of your emails from IcrediMail to any address you have access to. Once done, you can configure a new account in an email application of choice (Windows Live Mail in this case) and download all of your messages at once. The only problem with this scenario is the way your emails are going to look like having the same sender. It may not be a problem for some people (given that the most important messages and files have been copied over), but will be a major disappointment for users looking for ease of searching and navigational comfort.

Windows Live Mail import basics

Windows Live Mail is the successor of Windows Mail that was part of Windows Vista and supports the same data formats. In order to perform Windows Live Mail import, you will first need to make sure that the source files are in the EML format. Conversion of email messages to *.eml is natively supported by most email clients, so if you need to convert some of your emails from IncrediMail, you can use the following method:

Start IncrediMail and open the mail folder you will be converting emails from

Find the necessary messages and start dragging and dropping them one by one onto your Windows desktop or to a folder on your hard drive that you will use for Windows Live Mail import

After copying each file, rename it from email.eml to something else, since all other files copied from IncrediMail in this manner will have the same name

Continue the process until you have successfully copied all the necessary messages to your hard drive

Now that you have a set of EML files, you can easily perform Windows Live Mail import by selecting the files and dragging and dropping them into Windows Live Mail

This rather time-consuming method works fine for transferring small batches of emails, but will hardly help you if you need massive Windows Live Mail import.

How to import mail into Windows Live Mail from IncrediMail

If you have a large message archive in IncrediMail and need to import mail into Windows Live Mail, you won’t be able to achieve this goal within a reasonable timeframe using manual methods only. In this case, you will need a special tool like IncrediMail to Outlook Converter that will save you a fair amount of time and effort, and will make sure that the conversion is done properly.

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter was initially designed to facilitate email migration from Incredimail to Outlook, but since it supports bulk conversion of IMM files to EML, it can be used to import mail into Windows Live Mail as well. The program is intended for the mass market and therefore requires absolutely no data conversion skills or specific knowledge. The minimalistic user interface will not confuse even the most inexperienced users willing to import mail into Windows Live Mail, so if you are facing the problem of moving your emails from Incredimail, this handy tool will be a perfect choice. To import mail into Windows Live Mail using Incredimail to Outlook Converter, follow these simple instructions:

Start Incredimail to Outlook Converter. If IncrediMail is installed on your computer, the program will automatically locate the folders with your messages and attachments and fill out the corresponding fields. Otherwise, you will have to manually specify their location on your hard drive.

You can specify which IncrediMail IMM files should be converted by selecting them from a list in the left part of the program window.

Once done, click the “Save .EML” button. The program will show you a standard folder selection dialog. Select a folder to be used for storing converted messages. Incredimail to Outlook Converter will create a separate folder for each IMM file selected at Step 2 and fill them with converted Incredimail messages.

When this process is completed, you are ready to import mail into Windows Live Mail. Open the folder with converted files, select the ones you need and simply drag and drop them into your Windows Live Mail window.

This is the end of the IMM to EML conversion process.

An efficient solution for Windows Live email transfer

As you see, Windows Live email transfer becomes extremely simple with the right program at hand. Incredimail to Outlook Converter is not just a one-click solution for Incredimail to Outlook email migration, but also an efficient tool for transferring your Incredimail emails to a number of email clients, including Windows Live Mail. This software is as simple as it gets, saves a tremendous amount of effort and time compared to manual Windows Live email migrations and comes at a price you can definitely afford. Don’t waste money on specialized Windows Live email conversion services – IncrediMail to Outlook Converter will help you do it on your own in just a fraction of their regular time and budget. And if you need to perform Windows Live email migrations on a more or less regular basis, IncrediMail to Outlook Converter should definitely become a part of your standard toolkit!

Thunderbird is based on a proprietary engine that has nothing to do with Microsoft’s products and email clients, features an extremely flexible UI with advanced support of themes and offers a number of other handy features that make it easier to send and receive emails. IncrediMail, on the other hand, offers a lot more in terms of making daily communications a fun experience – animated message notifications, custom backgrounds, contact photos, an e-card editor, sounds, 3D effects and lots of other bells and whistles that really make it different. Millions of home users opted for IncrediMail as an unusual alternative to conventional email software. However, some of them eventually face the problem of going back to classics and transferring their emails from the fun-to-use IncrediMail to Thunderbird, a much more powerful, feature-rich and professional emailing tool. From the first glance, an IncrediMail to Thunderbird migration isn’t such a complex task, but the reality is that these email programs are totally different and there is no easy way of moving messages and attachments from IncrediMail to Thunderbird without third-party tools or tricky workarounds. So if you happened to be looking for an efficient solution of your IncrediMail to Thunderbird mail migration problem, read on – we have a few tips to share!

How to import Thunderbird mail: possible scenarios

The most obvious and hassle free method that anyone can use to import Thunderbird mail is to select the messages you need to transfer from IncrediMail and simply forward them to an address that you have full access to. Once done, you can use the necessary email application to fetch messages from this address. This method allows you to transfer an infinite number of messages at once, but has a serious flaw that may make it unacceptable for some users. Since you import Thunderbird mail simply by sending messages over to another address, all of the forwarded emails will have your name in the Sender field, so your destination folder will be a bit hard to navigate. This may work for some users, but may also become a serious obstacle for all others. When you import Thunderbird mail in this manner, however, you don’t have to spend a cent and can proceed to email migration without delays. There is another IncrediMail to Thunderbird conversion method that can help you import Thunderbird mail from IncrediMail in no time.

An easy way to export messages from IncrediMail to Thunderbird

The simplest way to export messages from IncrediMail to Thunderbird does not require any external applications and can be accomplished manually. It can be used for converting small batches of emails or individual messages only. Using it for full email migrations is simply unreasonable. To export messages from IncrediMail to Thunderbird using this simplified method, start IncrediMail, open the necessary mail folder and find the messages you need to export. Select the first message with your mouse, drag it outside and drop it to a separate folder or right onto the Windows desktop. The message will be saved as email.eml. You can continue the process and convert other email files, but make sure that the previously converted file is renamed. As you see, this method will work just fine if you need to transfer a couple of emails only, but if you need to export messages from IncrediMail to Thunderbird on a larger scale, you should better use a special tool for automating this tedious process. More information on the way you can export messages from IncrediMail to Thunderbird using special software can be found below.

The algorithm of importing Thunderbird mail

If you still haven’t found a proper tool for importing Thunderbird mail, we recommend taking a closer look at IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. Despite its name, the software can be efficiently used for importing Thunderbird mail. The key to success in this case is the fact that IncrediMail to Outlook Converter supports conversion both to Outlook PST files and regular EML files that can be then imported to Thunderbird. Here are the steps that you have to take for importing Thunderbird mail:

Install Incredimail to Outlook Converter and launch it. The software automatically scans your hard drive for existing IncrediMail installations and pastes the paths to message and attachment folders into corresponding fields on the main program screen. If IncrediMail is not installed on your PC at the moment, but you have its data files, you can manually specify their location.

Select the IncrediMail files to be converted from a list in the left part of the program window.

Click the “Save .EML” button. The program will prompt you for the location of the output folder. Use the standard folder selection dialog to specify it. Once done, the program will save the selected IncrediMail IMM files as hard drive folders containing messages (the names of the folders will match the names of corresponding original IMM files).

Once the EML process is finished, you can open the destination folder and the necessary subfolder, select the message files you need (or select all of them using the CTRL+A combination) and drag and drop them to Thunderbird. The files will be added to the folder they are dropped to.

This method of importing Thunderbird mail is perfectly suitable for transferring email archives of all sizes – and you can rest assured that none of the files get overwritten or corrupted because of your mistakes.

For years, IncrediMail has been one of the few alternatives to mainstream email tools that offered familiar messaging functionality coupled with an unusually user-friendly interface. The latter drastically changed the entire email communication experience and made it possible to personalize messages, add animations to emails, assign photos to contacts for easier identification and generally add more emotions and fun to everyday emailing routines. However, as good as IncrediMail is, it can hardly be used in the corporate world, so a lot of users who are forced to switch to more business-like communication tools end up having to transfer all of their data from IncrediMail to Windows Mail, for instance. Due to the difference of mail formats between these applications, direct import/export of user’s data is not possible, so this situation always requires a third-party tool capable of converting messages and making them suitable for IncrediMail to Windows Mail migration. The very process of IncrediMail to Windows Mail migration is rather simple in terms of format conversion, but requires special tools to automate specific aspects of the Incredimail to Windows Mail data transfer.

Understanding the Windows Mail import process

If you are ready to start the Windows Mail import process, you have a couple of options to choose from. If you don’t have a special tool to help you with Windows Mail import, you are limited to manual and quite often time-consuming export/import of emails. First of all, of course, you can send your messages to a different address that you have access to. If you have the account details, you can add a new email account in Windows Mail and download all of the previously forwarded messages to your inbox. This Windows Mail import method may work in situations when you need to quickly move all or many of your emails to Windows Mail, but don’t have a proper tool at hand. The only, yet serious, flaw that this method has is that all of the forwarded messages will come from the same sender – you. This means that once the Windows Mail import procedure is over, you will have an inbox full of similar messages, which will make it considerably harder to visually search for emails by sender. If you don’t care about the looks and just need your IncrediMail emails transferred to Windows Mail, this “dirty” method may well be a good solution of your problem.

Another Windows Mail import method that you can use is mostly tailored for converting individual messages or small groups of emails. Launch IncrediMail, open the necessary folder and just start dragging and dropping email messages one by one onto your desktop or to any other folder on your hard drive. You will need to rename each of the copied files, since they will all have the same name – email.eml. The resulting array of EML files can then be easily exported to Windows Mail using the same drag’n’drop method.

Nonetheless, if you need or may need to perform such migration a little more often than once a year, you may want to consider using tools that were specifically designed for this purpose. Such a tool will make the Windows Mail import process more convenient and may save hours of your time in the long run.

Finding the right Windows Mail converter

If you are seeking a more efficient solution for transferring your emails from IncrediMail to Windows Mail, you will most definitely need a Windows Mail converter – such as, for instance, IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. Although its name suggests that the primary purpose of this software is the transfer of Incredimail email to Outlook, it also enables you to use it for other types of email conversion. This Windows Mail converter is capable of converting emails from IncrediMail’s native format to *.eml files that can be easily imported into nearly any other email client. The software features a minimalistic interface with just the necessary controls available to the user, which makes it possible to use IncrediMail to Outlook Converter even if you have absolutely no experience in this area. The software does not modify the original IncrediMail message files, so you can be 100% sure that your conversion experiments will not jeopardize the integrity of your email archive. This Windows Mail Converter is by far one of the most intuitive and straightforward tools you can find, so if you need more automation for regular email transfers from Incredimail to Windows Mail or other email clients supporting the universal EML message format, IncrediMail to Outlook Converter will be a perfect choice.

How to import Windows Mail messages from IncrediMail

The latest version of Incredimail to Outlook Converter enables users to transfer their emails to Outlook with a single mouse click, as well as to save them in the *.eml format, thus allowing you to import Windows Mail messages quickly and efficiently.

First of all, download and install the program on your computer. Start IncrediMail to Outlook Converter by clicking its desktop icon or by finding the program through the Start menu and clicking its name. Once started, the program will automatically find your IncrediMail data files and show corresponding paths in the main program window. If IncrediMail is not installed on your PC and you only have its data files, you will need to manually specify their location to the program. Once the data files are selected, IncrediMail to Outlook Converter will display a list of IncrediMail’s IMM files in a list located in the left part of the program window. If you want to import all of these files to Windows Mail, leave everything as is. Otherwise, uncheck the files you don’t need. You can now proceed to the conversion process by clicking the “Save .EML” button. This will bring up a standard folder selection dialog and let you specify where the program should save the files to be used to import Windows Mail messages. The program will create a number of folders (with names matching those of the source IMM files) filled with *.eml files ready to be imported.

All you need to do now to import Windows Mail messages is to locate the necessary folder, select the files you need to import (or select all of them using the mouse or the Ctrl+A combination) and drag them into Windows Mail. Since the latter natively supports the EML format, your mission is now accomplished. As you see, it only takes minutes to successfully import Windows Mail emails from IncrediMail and it’s incredibly easy!

Easy and hassle-free transfer of IncrediMail mail

Incredimail to Outlook Converter offers a no-brainer method of converting IncrediMail mail files to a format that is used and understood by the majority of major email clients. If you need to convert more than a couple of IncrediMail mail files a month, this compact, affordable and reliable tool will save you a good deal of time and will make sure your Incredimail mail is safely exported to Windows Mail and other programs.

Although a lot of people consider Outlook Express to be a younger brother of MS Outlook with a limited set of features, this is not exactly true. In fact, these are two completely different applications that use their own data formats and have slightly different purposes. Both come from the same company and are intended for about the same target audience, but Outlook is traditionally used in corporate environments, while Outlook Express is mostly found on home PC’s. IncrediMail, however, is a strong alternative to both, offering tons of great features that can easily make your emails stand out and add a good deal of fun to your daily emailing activities: colorful backgrounds, animations, contact photos, personalization elements, 3D effects, sounds and more. Sometimes, though, users need to transfer their IncrediMail email to Outlook Express – and it suddenly becomes a problem, since there is no easy way of performing an IncrediMail to Outlook Express migration. Fortunately, IncrediMail to Outlook Express export can be accomplished with the help of alternative methods, both manual and automated, so if you are looking for a reliable, safe and hassle-free way of performing an IncrediMail to Outlook Express message transfer, keep on reading. Moving your vast archive of emails and attachments from IncrediMail to Outlook Express is easier that you think!

The basic principles of Outlook Express conversion

Outlook Express uses EML as a native format for email messages. This fact considerably facilitates Outlook Express conversion tasks, since *.eml files are supported by nearly all email clients as a standard format of message exchange. IncrediMail, however, stores its messages in the mailbox (earlier versions) and IMM formats (newest versions), which makes it impossible to perform Outlook Express conversion directly, without using third-party tools or special methods that will be described below. When it comes to Outlook Express conversion, you have two options – perform the conversion manually or using a special program that will automate the Outlook Express conversion process and make sure all of your messages are transferred correctly. Such a converter becomes especially convenient when you need to transfer your entire email archive and not just a couple of important emails. The basic principle of Outlook Express conversion is to convert source emails to the EML format and then simply drag and drop them to a corresponding mail folder in your Outlook Express window.

Moving your IncrediMail letters to another email client

Anyone looking to transfer IncrediMail letters to a different email client has to decide how this conversion will be accomplished – manually or automatically. The manual method works well for converting a small number of InrediMail letters and does not require any additional conversion tools. Therefore, if you need to transfer a couple of dozen emails, you may well do it without spending anything on conversion software. However, if you need to move your entire email collection from Incredimail to Outlook Express, for instance, doing it manually would be nearly impossible. Converting up to a few dozen IncrediMail letters can be pretty easy and you even have a few scenarios to choose from:

The fastest and easiest, though not the most elegant, solution: send all the necessary IncrediMail letters to another email address. You will need to have full account details to add a new email account in the destination email application and download the messages to your email inbox. This trick may work just fine in situations speed is your top priority. Bear in mind, however, that this method has a rather serious problem – the emails you will see in the destination client will all be from the same sender – that is, you. Simply put, you will get an inbox full of your former IncrediMail letters with your name in the Sender field. This may not be a problem if you plan to find the necessary information using the built-in search tool, but if you are used to sorting and finding emails by their sender, this result may be quite a disappointment.

Yet another manual method allows you to convert your IncrediMail letters one by one. Just open IncrediMail, find the emails that need to be converted to Outlook Express, and start drag-n-dropping email messages one by one onto your desktop or a folder on your hard drive. Please don’t forget to rename each copied file before proceeding to a new one, as they will all have the same name, email.eml. Once you are finished copying your files, select them using your mouse or the CTRL+A combination, then drag and drop them into your Outlook Express.

As you can imagine, proper conversion of hundreds of IncrediMail letters using either of these methods would hardly be reasonable in terms of quality of end result, and the amount of time and effort this process would require. Therefore, if you are primarily concerned with large-scale migration of IncrediMail email to Outlook Express or other email clients, we suggest using a special conversion tool.

A tool that will help you export IncrediMail to Outlook Express

Although IncrediMail to Outlook Converter was initially designed to convert IncrediMail email to Outlook, it will also help you export IncrediMail to Outlook Express thanks to the support of IMM to EML conversion implemented in the most recent version of the program. Incredimail to Outlook Converter offers a very intuitive and user-friendly interface with a bare minimum of controls and requires absolutely no data conversion experience, so it will be a perfect choice for novices and advanced users alike. To export IncrediMail to Outlook Express, follow these simple steps:

Start IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. If IncrediMail is installed on your PC, the program will automatically paste the paths to email and attachment files into corresponding fields. If not, you will have to manually specify their location using the standard folder selection dialog.

If you want to export specific files only, select them from the list on the left-hand side of the program window. If you’d like to export IncrediMail to Outlook Express completely, keep the default selection unchanged.

Click the “Save .EML” button. The program will ask you to select an output folder for exported files. Once done, your Incredimail files will be converted to EML and saved to the specified folder.

You are now ready to export IncrediMail to Outlook Express. Select all of the exported files using the CTRL+A key combination and drag and drop them into the necessary mail folder in Outlook Express.

IncrediMail is a popular email client featured in a number of Hollywood movies as an alternative to regular rather boring, formal and business-like email tools. Millions of people have preferred IncrediMail to other email clients: from students and housewives to office workers and the creative public. IncrediMail offers tons of great features that make everyday communication look and feel different: customizable email backgrounds, animations, emoticons, individualization of the contacts list, animated and photo notifiers, a powerful greeting card generator and a lot more! IncrediMail emails do look different and it wasn’t left unnoticed by millions of users who wanted a brand-new email tool. However, not everyone needs the bells and whistles of IncrediMail – and some people simply cannot use the program because it doesn’t comply with corporate standards. The solution to this problem is an IncrediMail converter capable of quickly converting IncrediMail messages to a proper format and copying them to the necessary program. As a rule, companies use Microsoft Outlook as a standard email exchange, collaboration and scheduling solution and that’s where most IncrediMail email messages end up being moved to. The choice of the right IncrediMail converter may not be easy, since there are so many alternatives on the market, but it’s the most important ingredient of this transition, since only a high-quality IncrediMail converter can ensure accurate and hassle-free migration of your email. Below are some insights into the IncrediMail to Outlook conversion process that will help you get a better idea of what a decent IncrediMail converter should be able to do.

Incredimail to Outlook conversion explained

Both IncrediMail and Outlook store messages, attachments and other items in their own formats. The essence of IncrediMail to Outlook conversion is to properly align the two formats and transfer your data from IncrediMail to Outlook without data corruption and without losing a single item. There are several approaches to IncrediMail to Outlook conversion – from manual email-by-email copying involving lots of manual operations to nearly instant migrations using specialized tools. If you need to copy a couple of emails only, you may well do without third-party software, but if you are transferring your entire multi-year email archive from IncrediMail to Outlook and want to make sure everything goes smoothly, using an IncrediMail to Outlook conversion tool will probably be the best idea. Your email migration scenario will also depend on the version of IncrediMail you are currently using. Earlier versions of IncrediMail used a format that could be converted by a great number of free tools, but the most recent versions use a heavily modified version of this format that most existing converters do not support. So how should you convert your emails from IncrediMail to Outlook?

The ABC of IncrediMail import operations

The most obvious and seemingly easy way of performing IncrediMail import is to select all of your messages in IncrediMail and send them to an email account you have access to, then download your messages to Outlook. They will, indeed, end up being copied to you inbox, but your name will be all over the place, since you will be the sender and recipient and the same time. This, in turn, will make it somewhat difficult to find the necessary information later on. This method of IncrediMail import should only be used for transferring a few messages only, but won’t be a good choice for full conversion.

Another manual IncrediMail import method implies that the user opens IncrediMail and starts dragging the necessary email messages to the desktop or a folder on the hard drive. When a message is dropped, it appears in the folder as a file called email.eml. In order to continue and avoid overwriting, you will need to rename it each time you add another file. Once you’ve extracted the necessary files, you can drag them into Outlook Express, a free email tool available in nearly every Windows installation, and then import them to Outlook. Alternatively, you can use a commercial *.eml to *.pst conversion tool like Outlook Import Wizard or EML to PST Converter to perform the same operation. As you see, this is a rather tedious and time-consuming IncrediMail import technique that increases the possibility of making a mistake. These are the two most popular IncrediMail import methods that require no third-party tools.

However, since you are primarily concerned with data security and accuracy of IncrediMail import, you should really try a specialized tool to fulfill this task.

Performing IncrediMail conversion on your own

If you are looking for a proper and affordable tool for IncrediMail conversion, we recommend using IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. Created by professionals in data conversion and migration software, it has everything necessary for performing IncrediMail conversion quickly, reliably and as accurately as at all possible. IncrediMail to Outlook Converter was designed to automate conversion from IncrediMail 2.x to Outlook.

If, however, you are still using one of the earlier versions of IncrediMail, keep in mind that it uses the *.mbox format for storing messages. MBOX emails can be converted to the EML using one of the many free conversion tools available on the market (like MBOX to EML Converter, a free tool that comes with Outlook Import Wizard) and then easily imported to Outlook using the method described above or using specialized conversion tools designed for this purpose. The newest version of IncrediMail relies on the IMM format to store emails and this format is only supported by specialized IncrediMail conversion tools like IncrediMail to Outlook Converter.

If you need a reliable, fast and easy-to-use IncrediMail conversion solution for transferring your email messages and attachments to Outlook, Incredimail to Outlook Converter is all you’ll ever need to accomplish this.

A proper way of moving your Incredimail letters to Outlook

Incredimail to Outlook Converter is a perfectly functional, lightweight and well-rounded tool that will transfer any number of Incredimail letters to Outlook in literally no time. The program has a simple interface with no unnecessary elements and controls, allowing any user – even one with minimal or no skills at all – to convert Incredimail letters into the right format and transfer them to Outlook. The program automatically locates the folders containing your Incredimail letters and attachments and allows you to select the ones that you need transferred. You can also choose whether you want your emails to be copied to the root folder or a subfolder of your default inbox folder. Once you’re done configuring the import settings, you can hit the “Import” button to start the migration of Incredimail letters.

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter makes the conversion of entire email archives from Incredimail to Outlook a matter of minutes and saves you the trouble of doing it manually or spending considerable amounts of money on third-party services.

IncrediMail was created as a fun alternative to conventional email clients, strict and businesslike. The program finally allowed users to create expressive and colorful messages, change their background color, use handwritten signatures and do a lot more to make email unique, entertaining and different from their regular counterparts. IncrediMail also made it possible to add icons and photos to contacts in the address book, use various animations and effects, and quickly preview attachments. These are just some of the features of IncrediMail, but the overall idea is clear – it’s a fun-to-use and good-looking email client. However, IncrediMail is not quite suitable for corporate use and it creates a serious problem for users that are currently using it, but have to switch to the king of the corporate email world, Microsoft Outlook. IncrediMail to Outlook conversion is a fairly simple process, which, however, is not possible without proper tools. Unfortunately, you cannot simply copy message files from IncrediMail to Outlook, since these programs store data in completely different formats. IncrediMail to Outlook migration covers messages and attachments and can usually be completed within minutes. However, before you attempt to perform the transfer on your own, you should know the basic principles of IncrediMail to Outlook conversion.

IncrediMail import basics

IncrediMail messages can be transferred to Outlook in several ways. The fastest method of IncrediMail import is to start the program, select the messages you need to move and send them over to an account you have access to (a newly-created account is the easiest option). Once done, download them to Outlook and you are done. This method, however, has a serious flaw – all of these emails will be from you and it will make it harder to search for specific messages. This is the fastest and easiest method, though, which will work just fine for “fast and dirty” IncrediMail Import operations.
There is yet another IncrediMail import recipe, manual and rather inefficient, but still worth knowing. You can drag the IncrediMail emails you need converted onto the desktop or a folder on your hard drive, one by one. Each dropped file will be called “email.eml”, so you’ll need to rename them to prevent overwriting. Once you have a set of *.eml files, you can continue with IncrediMail import by drag-n-dropping them to Outlook Express and then importing them to Outlook. Not the most elegant solution, this method, however, enables you to complete IncrediMail import without any tools.
Nonetheless, proper IncrediMail import should be automated and the best level of automation can be achieved using specialized programs.

Incredimail email migration in a nutshell

The choice of the right tool depends on the version of IncrediMail you use. If you are still on one of the earlier versions of the program (Incredimail 1.x), you can take advantage of the fact that it uses the *.imm format to store IncrediMail email messages. This format is a slightly modified version of the more common *.mbox message format. These messages can be converted into the *.eml format using one of the available MBOX to EML converters (the MBOX to EML Converter from the Outlook Import Wizard bundle will work perfectly well here). Once done, you can drag and drop these IncrediMail email files into Outlook Express and then import your messages to Outlook. Alternatively, you can use specialized EML to PST conversion tools like Outlook Import Wizard to import all of your EML files to a new or current Outlook PST files.

If you are using Incredimail 2.x, the method described above won’t work. The newest versions of the program use a custom type of the IMM format to store Incredimail email messages, which makes standard MBOX to EML converters useless. In this case, you can’t do without a specialized Incredimail email migration tool.

Choosing the right IncrediMail Converter

Since all programs of this type are based on the same principle, the choice of an Incredimail Converter that is right for you will mostly depend on its price and ease of use. If you have been on the look for a decent tool, but still haven’t picked one, we strongly recommend IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. This super-compact and fast IncrediMail converter is your one-stop shop for anything related to moving your emails from IncrediMail to Outlook. The program perfectly handles the newest versions of the IMM format used in Incredimail 2.x, has a no-brainer interface and allows you to get the job done in well under a minute. This IncrediMail converter allows you to perform IncrediMail conversion even if there is no IncrediMail installed on your PC, but you have the necessary message and attachment files residing on your hard drive. If IncrediMail is installed on your computer, the IncrediMail converter automatically detects the location of data folders and allows you to select the IMM files to be used. As an extra option, IncrediMail to Outlook Converter lets you specify where exactly your imported messages should go to – the root folder or a subfolder of your inbox.

IncrediMail migration made really easy

As you see, proper tools turn IncrediMail migration into a task that virtually anyone can handle with ease. Even if you’ve never performed IncrediMail migration and are trying to do it all on your own, it will take just a couple of minutes. Forget about wasting money on “professional” services and waiting for them to come over to help – they may well be using the same software for IncrediMail migration, but will charge you manifold higher than the retail price of IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. Again, all you need to complete a clean, safe and fast IncrediMail migration at home is this little tool and a few minutes of your time!

In the world of email clients, most of them do their best to imitate the well-known leaders in every possible aspect. And that is probably why most of them are so business-like, serious and plain dull to use at home. However, there are some exceptions to this rule – IncrediMail, for instance. This email product was initially meant to be an alternative to regular email clients and was developed to bring more fun, more colors and more emotions to day-to-day email communications. IncrediMail has tons of great features: from a wide choice of emoticons and message backgrounds to email animations, easy and fast photo sharing, a built-in e-card generator and a convenient toolbar. However, these features are mostly intended for home users and can hardly be used in a business environment. This is exactly why so many devoted IncrediMail users decide to switch to alternative email applications, such as Outlook, and perform IncrediMail migration. IncrediMail migration is a process whereby all IncrediMail messages are converted into the Microsoft Outlook PST format. Due to the complete incompatibility of formats used by both applications, IncrediMail migration and conversion cannot be avoided. Possible IncrediMail migration scenarios will be described in detail later in this article.

IncrediMail conversion in a nutshell

The message format used by IncrediMail depends on its version. Versions 1.x used the *.mbox format for storing messages, so IncrediMail conversion could be accomplished with the help of any MBOX to EML converter – first, the messages had to be converted into the EML format and then imported to Outlook. IncrediMail 2, however, uses IMM, its own proprietary message format that is completely incompatible with Outlook and requires different IncrediMail conversion tools. IncrediMail conversion can be either direct or have an intermediate stage that may not necessarily be automated. Apparently, users looking to perform IncrediMail conversion would prefer to use tools capable of minimizing time and effort needed for this task. An ideal IncrediMail conversion tool should be able to open IMM message files, convert them and add them (along with attachments) directly to your Outlook PST file – and all of this should be done with a single click.

How to copy IncrediMail email to another email client?

Due to format incompatibilities, you cannot just copy IncrediMail email files over to Outlook. The latter uses PST storage files for everything – messages, contacts, attachments, tasks, etc – while IncrediMail stores messages and attachments separately and uses its own IMM format for emails. Therefore, you IncrediMail email migration options are limited.
There are a couple of simple, yet somewhat cumbersome methods of copying IncrediMail email messages to nearly any email client. First of all, you can go to your IncrediMail and simply forward the necessary emails to another address you have access to via Outlook. This, however, will solve the problem only partially, since all of your messages will come from you and your name will be all over the inbox, making it pretty hard to find specific emails afterwards. So this method of copying IncrediMail email should only be used for urgent cases when no other options are available.
You can also resort to an entirely manual way to transferring IncrediMail email messages to Outlook. To do that, drag the necessary emails from IncrediMail to the desktop one by one – this will save them as an *.eml file called email.eml. To continue extracting IncrediMail email messages, you will need to rename the email.eml file before extracting a new one to avoid overwriting it. Once you have an array of EML files, you can add them to Outlook Express by drag’n’drop and, finally, export them to Outlook.

The best way to export IncrediMail emails

Despite so many workarounds, the best way to export IncrediMail messages to Outlook is to use specialized email conversion tools. The choice of the right software depends primarily on the version of IncrediMail you use. If you are still on IncrediMail 1.x, you should be aware that this version uses the *.mbox format for messages, so you will need an *.mbox converter to export IncrediMail emails. We strongly recommend using a handy tool from OutlookImport.Com called MBOX to EML Converter, which is a free add-on for Outlook Import Wizard. Once you’ve converted your email files to the EML format, you can drag and drop them into Outlook Express and them export IncrediMail messages to Outlook. As you see, this method may also be quite time-consuming, as you’ll be dealing with several tools and conversions to export IncrediMail data to the destination program.
However, if you use Incredimail 2.x, you’ll be pleased to learn that there is a very quick and basically one-click method of converting your IncrediMail messages to Outlook.

Incredimail to Outlook in seconds

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is a compact tool that dramatically facilitates the process of IncrediMail to Outlook email conversion and migration. Offering a clear, minimalistic interface and just the necessary set of features, it allows users of all skill levels, including novices, to successfully perform IncrediMail to Outlook migration on their own.

The program automatically locates the folders containing IncrediMail messages and attachments (in case IncrediMail is installed), but also allows the user to manually specify the location of these files. Once done, it lets the user define how the new messages will be added to Outlook – either to the root folder or to a subfolder in the default mail inbox. IncrediMail to Outlook Converter shows a detailed log of the process and lets you select the IncrediMail files you want to copy over to Outlook. The great thing about IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is that if you have IncrediMail 2.x installed on your PC, all you need to do to get the job done is to start the program and hit the “Import” button! This software saves you a great deal of time and makes IncrediMail to Outlook a task you can handle without anybody’s help.

Creating an IncrediMail backup copy in Outlook.

As an active user of IncrediMail, you may be quite happy with the features offered by the program and the way its messages look. However, there may come a moment when you may want to copy your message archive to a more serious email application, such as Microsoft Outlook, for this or that reason. First and foremost, you may want to be able to use some of your IncrediMail messages at work or create an IncrediMail backup copy of your home email archive on a different computer. Although this is not exactly an IncrediMail backup operation in the conventional sense of the phrase, it still fulfills the primary goal of any backup – saves your data and email messages in a different place to prevent its loss or damage in case of a local data corruption incident. Once your IncrediMail backup is completed, your messages will be a lot safer in a protected corporate environment. This method of IncrediMail backup requires a minimum of skills and can be used by anyone who has the right tool.

How to copy my IncrediMail letters to a different location?

The latest version of IncrediMail stores messages in its own proprietary format called IMM. Earlier versions used the *.mbox format for saving IncrediMail letters, which simplified the transfer of data to other applications. If you want to transfer your IncrediMail letters to a different location properly, you cannot just copy message files. You will first need to convert them into the right format and then follow a corresponding procedure to import them into an alternative email client. Once you have successfully converted and copied your IncrediMail letters to a different email client, you can work on saving them in another format on your hard drive. However, most users prefer copying their IncrediMail letters to Outlook, which stores all of its data and emails in PST files that can be easily backed up.

There are, however, two extremely basic manual methods of moving IncrediMail letters to a different location or email program. The first one is to simply send your own emails to another address that you have access to. This is by far the simplest way of getting the job done, but it has a serious flaw – all of your messages will have your name in the “Sender” field, which means that it will be very hard to find specific emails afterwards. That is why this method can only be viewed as an ultimate measure that you can resort to when nothing else works. Another method of pulling emails from IncrediMail in a suitable format suggests that you simply drag messages from IncrediMail onto your desktop one by one. This will save them in the popular *.eml format, but you will need to rename each of the previously extracted messages to prevent them from being overwritten. As you see, these methods won’t work for large email archives or for email migrations that aim to preserve the original structure of IncrediMail letters.

What’s the easiest way of performing IncrediMail import to Outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is the world’s leading email exchange, scheduling and collaboration tool that is used in nearly every company across the globe. As a rule, Outlook PST files are automatically backed up on a regular basis, which makes IncrediMail import to Outlook a very good idea if you want to make a backup of your IncrediMail data. Unfortunately, there is no direct bridge between the two applications and your IncrediMail import strategy will generally depend on the version of IncrediMail you use. If you haven’t yet upgraded to IncrediMail 2 (IncrediMail II) and are still using an earlier version of the program, you can use one of the available MBOX to EML converters (we recommend MBOX to EML Converter that comes as a free addition to Outlook Import Wizard) to convert messages from MBOX to EML, drag and drop them to Outlook Express and then import them to Outlook. However, if you are using IncrediMail 2 and newer versions, this type of IncrediMail import won’t work for you. In this case, you will need to use IncrediMail to Outlook Converter to move messages from IncrediMail to Outlook directly and preserve their every detail. As you see, the easiest way of performing IncrediMail import is to use a specialized tool like IncrediMail to Outlook Converter that will completely automate the process and make sure every message is transferred in its original form.

Can I easily restore IncrediMail messages in case of an accident?

Since you will essentially be replicating your messages in a different account, you will always be able to restore IncrediMail emails without a problem by saving them to *.eml files or, again, sending them over to the account that was used with IncrediMail. If you import original IncrediMail messages to a separate subfolder in your Outlook inbox, it will help you restore IncrediMail email messages a lot easier. Also, given that PST files with corporate email are usually backed up on a regular basis, it provides and extra degree of protection and increases the chances of being able to successfully restore IncrediMail letters even in case both email systems get damaged.

Choosing the right IncrediMail converter for the job

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is the optimal tool for IncrediMail to Outlook email transfers. This powerful IncrediMail converter offers a clean minimalistic interface with just as many controls as are necessary for quick and hassle-free IncrediMail to Outlook conversion. It will be a perfect choice for people seeking an IncrediMail converter capable of transferring all of their IncrediMail correspondence to Outlook in a wink of an eye and with just a single mouse click. The program saves users the trouble or having to use various workarounds and ensures the integrity of converted data. If you need an IncrediMail converter that is affordable, fast, simple and very intuitive, you should definitely give IncrediMail to Outlook Converter a try, since hardly any other programs on the market offer such a balanced mix of qualities.

IncrediMail is a popular email application that takes email exchange to a new level and allows you to communicate with friends and family in a fun and non-conventional way. The software features a nice intuitive UI design, easy to navigate menus, a fast search tool, convenient contacts management features and advanced personalization capabilities that enable users to assign icons to contacts, use animations in email messages a do a whole lot more. Despite all these advantages, this email tool can hardly be used in a corporate environment where Microsoft Outlook clearly reigns. This is exactly the reason why so many loyal IncrediMail users are forced to use IncrediMail conversion to migrate to Outlook. However, the process of IncrediMail conversion is not easy and straightforward as it may seem. Since these applications use different formats for storing messages and other relevant information, you cannot just copy messages to another location or import the data directly. In this case, you can either use some rather time-consuming and questionable workarounds to complete IncrediMail conversion or use a third-party tool to make it a hassle-free process with a guaranteed result.

Finding the right IncrediMail converter

Depending on the version of IncrediMail you are using, email migration can be accomplished in several ways.

Method #1 – Very inconvenient

The most direct (and inconvenient) method is to simply send your emails to another email address (better IMAP account) for which you have all the necessary login details. Once done, you can configure your Outlook to download messages from this account. The only drawback of this method of IncrediMail to Outlook conversion is the use of your own name in the “Sender” field. Simply put, every message you import this way will be from you, which is obviously inconvenient, especially if you plan to actively use the content of these emails and need fast access to messages originally created by different senders.

Method #2 – Only for IncrediMail v1.0

If you are using version 1.0 of the IncrediMail email client, you should be aware that all of your email messages are stored in the mbox email format. In this case, you can use any available mbox IncrediMail converter to extract your messages in the EML format (we suggest using MBOX to EML Converter, a 100% free tool included in the Outlook Import Wizard package), drag and drop them to Outlook Express and then, finally, import them to Outlook. This may sound like a fairly complex procedure, but it will work with nearly every IncrediMail converter. However, if you are using IncrediMail 2.0, this method will be useless due to the data storage format used by it. In this case, the right IncrediMail converter like IncrediMail to Outlook Converter becomes a must-have asset. A compact and easy to use tool, this software will help you migrate from IncrediMail to Outlook literally in minutes, no matter how large your email archive is.

Method #3 – The Best and Universal

IncrediMail to Outlook Converter has a clear and intuitive interface with a minimum of controls and is suitable for all users – from novices to computer veterans. The IncrediMail to Outlook conversion process requires minimal involvement and is completely automated.

This powerful IncrediMail converter is based on an ultra-fast proprietary engine and handles large email archives with unprecedented ease.

Moving your mail from IncrediMail to Outlook

As mentioned above, there are a number of approaches to moving emails from IncrediMail to Outlook. The choice of the right one depends on the amount of time you have at your disposal, the quality of result that you expect from IncrediMail to Outlook migration and, of course, the version of IncrediMail you use. If you have the latest version of IncrediMail, IncrediMail to Outlook Converter will be the fastest, cleanest and the most convenient solution of your email migration problem.

The program was created with simplicity in mind, so using it is truly a breeze. First, make sure that neither IncrediMail nor Outlook is running on your computer and start IncrediMail to Outlook Converter. The program will automatically search for IncrediMail installations and paste the paths to messages and attachments folders into corresponding fields. It will also fill the list of IMM files found in the messages folder. If necessary, you can check off the files you don’t want or need to convert. Once done, you can click the “Import” button to start the process of IncrediMail to Outlook conversion.
If IncrediMail is not installed on your computer and you only have the message files, you will have to manually select the folder with your emails and choose the files to be converted. There are two import options that you may want to use – “Import” and “Save EML”. In first case the program will ask you to select the folder inside Outlook to which you want to import IMM emails. Depending on your choice, your emails will be imported either to the default Outlook inbox (subfolders will be added to your Inbox folder) or the root of the folder tree or to another folder. If the root folder is selected and the name of an IMM file matches that of an existing folder, their contents will be mixed.

If you have both IncrediMail and Outlook installed on your computer and you simply want to transfer all of your emails to Outlook, all you need to do is to start IncrediMail to Outlook Converter and click the “Import” button without changing any settings. The program will do the rest and you don’t need to worry about the safety of your emails.

IncrediMail import at a glance

IncrediMail import is not a complex task with the right tool at hand. Also, you don’t have to be a guru to transfer all of your emails from IncrediMail to Outlook and don’t have to spend money on third-party services. IncrediMail to Outlook Converter is an affordable solution that will always be with you, so you can use it as many times as necessary to perform IncrediMail import to Microsoft Outlook. Apparently, there are other ways of accomplishing this task, but none of them stands even close to IncrediMail to Outlook Converter in terms of speed, ease of use and general convenience. This simple IncrediMail import tool uses a one-click approach to email migrations and saves your time and money when you need to convert a couple of messages or an entire email archive with thousands of emails.

Most email applications look pretty much the same: business-like, locked on efficiency and offering 0% fun. On the one hand, these are positive factors that will help you stay focused, help avoid distraction by unnecessary bells and whistles and will keep productivity on a high level. On the other hand, if you don’t care much of all this and are just looking for an email program that’s a pleasure to use on a day-to-day basis, you might want to take a look at IncrediMail, and especially its second, most recent version. So if you don’t yet know the answer to the question “What is IncrediMail?”, you should go ahead and give it a try – the program is absolutely free. This email tool is different from conventional email applications in a number of ways. So, what is IncrediMail?

What is IncrediMail?

IncrediMail is a good alternative to conventional email clients that combines fun, ease of use and a set of really cool features, such as customizable event-specific animations, an ability to assign photos and clipart images to contacts, support of interface skins and a lot more. In simple words, Incredimail is the right email client for anyone looking to spice up their email exchange and enjoy the very process of sending and receiving emails. “What is IncrediMail?” is the question that many people ask upon hearing the name of this email client, since it’s not yet as popular as MS Outlook. However, despite being a generally very well-rounded product, IncrediMail is not for everyone. Quite a lot of people are already using IncrediMail and are looking for a way to move their messages, contacts and other items to Outlook to continue working in a more business-like manner (what is IncrediMail for a corporate user, after all?) or for reasons unrelated to any aspect of IncrediMail’s functionality – for example, because of corporate email standards.

What do IncrediMail letters look like?

IncrediMail is fairly unique in how it interacts with the user and how IncrediMail letters look. The latest version of the program features brand new and totally reworked design, a possibility to use personal display pictures, a possibility to assign personal contact icons to people on your contacts list, tons of new event animations, live notifications, program skins and many more nice features that make IncrediMail letters look different and make your daily emailing tasks a lot more exciting. Email animations fill regular emails with fun and make you want to reply in the same manner right away. Forget your ASCII skills – IncrediMail letters can be made truly expressive using real graphics and animations, not multi-storey hard-to-type smileys. So as you see, IncrediMal letters really make a difference and make email communications both efficient and fun.

What if I download IncrediMail and then decide to switch to an alternative email client?

If you download Incredimail, use it for some time and eventually decide that this program is exactly what you need right now, you can always transfer all of your emails to another email client, such as Microsoft Outlook. The method of this migration depends on the version of Incredimail you use, so if you download IncrediMail 1.0, you will need to use one set of tools (such as MBOX Extractor and Outlook Import Wizard) and if you download IncrediMail 2.0, you can get the job done using other utilities and methods. Although a data migration sounds like a risky endeavor, don’t worry about the safety of your emails. All you need is a professional email conversion and import tool like Incredimal to Outlook Converter and some time!

IncrediMail email transfer – possible scenarios.

There are several tried and tested approaches to transferring IncrediMail email to other email clients. The choice of the right method depends on the version of IncrediMail that you use.

Here are some of the possible solutions:

1) You can send all of your IncrediMail email to an external email address that you have access to. Once done, you can relatively easily export your messages to Outlook. Please note, however, that all of the emails you will export will have you listed as the sender, which may be inconvenient for searching for specific information in the future.

2) If you are using Incredimail 1.0, you can use one of the available *.mbox converters to convert Incredimail email to the *.eml format (we recommend using MBOX to EML Converter, a free tool that comes with Outlook Import Wizard). Once done, you can drag-n-drop EML files to Outlook Express (a free email client shipped with older versions of Windows OS) and then import your emails to an Outlook PST file. It’s a chain with a lot of elements, but it’s a reliable method of transferring IncrediMail email to Microsoft Outlook.

* – If you don’t have Outlook Express application installed at your system anymore (Vista, Windows 7) you may use the Outlook Import Wizard utility to import .EML files extracted from .MBOX data storages of IncrediMail v1.0.

Another method is rather resource-intensive and questionable, so it will mostly work for several messages only. If you have a year worth of messages, it’s not a good idea to use this method for IncrediMail to Outlook conversion.

The principle is as follows:

3) you can drag messages from IncrediMail, one by one, and drop them to a folder on your hard drive. The first message will be called email.eml, so you’ll need to rename it prior to proceeding with the second one. This simple algorithm will have to be repeated for each message you want to import. The resulting EML files can then be imported into Outlook.

Incredimail migration using IncrediMail to Outlook Converter

Finally, the most convenient tool for a full-scale IncrediMail migration is Incredimail to Outlook Converter. It allows you to avoid the difficulties associated with the methods described above and perform an Incredimail migration quickly and nearly effortlessly. All you need to do is to start the program, assists it with finding your Incredimail message and attachment folders, if necessary, and hit a single button. This will start the IncrediMail migration process that will extract all IncrediMail items and convert them into the proprietary PST format of Microsoft Outlook.

As you see, Incredimail to Outlook converter is the easiest and most reliable solution for complete Incredimail to Outlook migrations that require absolutely no knowledge of either of the formats or experience of such of similar migrations.
